Supporting Tournament Organizers:

• Esports Equip facilitates the leasing / hire of gaming gear from local arcade businesses on behalf of eligible tournament organizers.
• This support enables organizers lacking resources or networks to host successful and high-quality esports tournaments.
• The initiative enhances the competitiveness and enjoyment of local tournaments for all participants.

Benefits to Arcade Owners:

• Arcade businesses lease / hire their gaming gear through our program, generating steady income.
• This collaboration helps elevate the standard of local esports events.

Empowering Esports Athletes:

• We support talented esports athletes who lack the financial resources to compete internationally.
• Esports Equip sponsors eligible athletes with visa related costs & processes, travel packages that may cover round-trip airfare, accommodation, training facilities access, and meals. [Shared cost basis]
• This ensures athletes can focus on performing their best at international competitions.

Eligibility Criteria

To ensure we support the most deserving and committed individuals and organizations, Esports Equip has established the following criteria. Please review the requirements to confirm your eligibility.

For Tournament Organizers:

• Proven Experience: Applicants must have successfully organized a minimum of three previous tournaments. Documentation of these events is required.
• Documentation: Necessary paperwork, such as identification documents and a certificate of good conduct, must be provided to ensure credibility.
• References: Two reputable referees must vouch for your experience and integrity. These should be individuals who can speak to your qualifications and character.

For Arcade Owners:

• Registered Business: The arcade must be a legally registered and licensed business entity. Proof of registration and licensing is required
• Equipment Ownership: Proof of ownership for gaming gear must be provided, such as receipts or official documentation.
• Physical Location: Only businesses with a physical establishment are eligible; online-only operations do not qualify.
• Equipment Condition: All gaming gear must be well-maintained, functional, and free from technical issues to meet our high-quality standards.

For Esports Athletes:

• Tournament Invitation: Applicants must present official documentation proving an invitation to the international tournament for which sponsorship is being requested.
• Local Achievements: Athletes must have participated in at least three major local tournaments, with at least one victory, demonstrating their skill and potential.
• Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Identification: A valid passport and ID card are required for international travel.
• References: Athletes must provide two credible referees who can attest to their skills and character, ideally individuals familiar with their esports career.
