Customers list pre-owned products for sale due to reasons such as cash needs, relocation, or upgrading. Inventory may be: Held at Vivid Gold premises, or Retained by the customer until a buyer is secured. Vivid Gold manages all customer facing activities, including product discovery, pricing guidance, payments, and delivery.
2. Product Grading and Quality Control
Listings are categorized by condition in the product description: either Fair, Good or Excellent, reflecting overall appearance. All pre-owned products undergo performance testing and verification by Vivid Gold prior to approval for listing.
3. Commission Structure
Vivid Gold retains a 15% commission upon successful sale. The remaining balance is credited to the customer’s account, with the option to apply it toward an upgrade or future purchase.
4. Warranty & Protection
Pre-owned consoles include a 3 month limited warranty. Pre-owned accessories are sold without warranty.
